The UAE Golden Visa is a long-term residency visa program designed to attract investors, entrepreneurs, highly skilled professionals and talented individuals to live and work in the UAE.

Eligibility Categories

Investors
– Real estate investors (property worth at least AED 2 million).
– Entrepreneurs with a startup idea approved by an authorized UAE incubator.
– Investors in public investments with a minimum of AED 2 million subject to meeting other requirements.

Talented Professionals

– Doctors, scientists, creative professionals (in culture and art) and engineers.
– Exceptional students or graduates from UAE-accredited universities or international institutions.

Skilled Workers

– Individuals with critical skills in sectors such as technology, health, and engineering.
– High-level executives in government or private sectors.

Others
– Humanitarian workers, frontline heroes, and outstanding students.

Duration and Benefits
Available for 5 or 10 years, with automatic renewal upon meeting the conditions.
Holders can live, work and study in the UAE without a national sponsor.
Includes family members (spouse and children) and allows for household staff.
