Dr. Siiushov has an extensive background working with prestigious organizations, including one of the “Big 4” accounting firms and one of Ukraine’s top five law firms. As an attorney-at-law, he has provided legal assistance to high-net-worth individuals, offering expert advice on both personal and business matters. He has served as counsel to a Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and as an advisor to members of Ukraine’s Parliament, primarily focusing on the Committee on Finance, Tax, and Customs Policy.
Education
A licensed attorney-at-law in Ukraine since 2019, Dr. Siiushov earned his PhD in Economic Law from the National University Odesa Academy of Law. His doctoral research focused on analyzing state aid laws, particularly in the context of tax and antitrust regulations.
